About Elyon Gallery

Welcome to Elyon Gallery — I'm Gabriel Flaum, and I'm honored to share my passion for fine art and beautifully crafted goods with you.

My journey into the art world began thanks to my great-uncle, Fred Silberman, who owned a shop in Manhattan specializing in Italian furniture and fine European art. As a child, I was captivated by his ever-changing collection and spent countless hours admiring his latest finds. During college, I had the opportunity to intern with him over the summers, where I began learning how to distinguish truly exceptional pieces from the rest.

Since then, I’ve continued to cultivate my eye and deepen my appreciation for art — visiting museums across the U.S. and Europe, studying countless books, and immersing myself in the stories behind artists and their works.

Elyon Gallery is a reflection of that passion. With the invaluable support of my family — from staying overnight at sales so I can be first in line, to assisting with branding and design — this gallery has become more than a business; it's a labor of love.

The word "Elyon" is Hebrew for “the highest” or “supreme.” That meaning guides everything we do. Our mission is to offer items of the highest quality — pieces that inspire joy, elevate spaces, and connect people to something meaningful.

Thank you for visiting Elyon Gallery. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or if you're curious about the story behind a particular piece. I’d love to share more with you.
